ROH Accessories Store Return Policy
We understand that you may need to return an item for various reasons. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Return Procedures
- Tracked Shipping: All returns must be sent using tracked postage or courier. If you do not provide a verifiable tracking number, you assume full responsibility if the item does not reach us. We will not process returns not received by us for replacement or refund.
- Refund processing time: 5 business days
Change of Mind
- 30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return period for change of mind. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund, excluding the original delivery costs.
- Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and include all parts and accessories. If we receive returned items that are not in brand new condition, we will return them to you after you cover the cost of redelivery.
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Missing Parts
- Initial Condition: All orders leave our warehouse in brand new, undamaged condition. If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, we will replace it (or refund you in full if out of stock) and reimburse your return shipping costs. Please contact us a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs incurred.
- Damage Claims: All damage claims must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order. Ensure you inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage promptly.
- Photographic Evidence: Take photos of any damage and email them to us before returning the item, as we need to report the damage to our insurer, courier, and warehouse.
Faulty Items
- Consumer Law Protection: Your purchase is automatically covered by protections under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. All products come with a full manufacturer warranty.
- Fault Resolution: If your product is faulty, please contact us for guidance on the correct process to resolve the issue under the manufacturer's warranty. Depending on the warranty terms, we will either repair or replace the item (or refund you if out of stock), excluding the original delivery costs.
