Do you offer pick-up?

We do not offer pick-up for orders.

When will my order be dispatched?

Most orders are shipped the next business day. However, if the product you ordered is not in our main warehouse, it might take an additional day for dispatch.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Notice email with a tracking number (unless it’s being sent by a local courier). Tracking numbers become live 24-48 hours after dispatch.
